All projections are illustrative and dependent on actual operational data.

4. Intellectual Property

All content on the Site, including but not limited to branding, design, algorithms, UI components, calculators, text, and graphics, is the property of NOVY and protected under applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without written consent.

5. Confidentiality of Submitted Information

If you submit operational data (e.g., unit counts, fraud exposure metrics):

• That data is used solely to generate calculator outputs
• It is not treated as confidential unless separately agreed in writing
• Submission does not create a client relationship

6. No Warranties

7. Limitation of Liability

Automated Decision-Making Transparency
